Jack and Gaye have led FUSION since October 2002.

Since entering full-time ministry in 1974 they have been involved in many aspects of God's work, including pastoral leadership, church planting and Bible College lecturing. For the five years preceding "Fusion" Jack was full-time itinerating throughout New Zealand and overseas in prophetic and teaching ministry.

Jack and Gaye are products of the "Jesus Movement" of the early 70's. They met and married in Sydney, Australia where Jack was pursuing a career in rock music. This brought them back to Auckland in 1970, and the following year Jesus Christ found them, saved them and called them!

They have three sons and one daughter, and one grandson.

Jack and Gaye are committed to the development of FUSION CHURCH as a group whose priority is to seek after God, to become His people in experience, to live and minister in His grace, and to do the works of Jesus.
