Some have suggested that they have had some difficulty in purchasing products and/or registering for conferences whilst the majority where able to seemlessly. So we have put together a small tutorial for those who in fact are finding it difficult.
NOW IF YOU HAD DIFFICULTY PREVIOUS TO READING BELOW TUTORIAL
Upon ordering and not clicking to process payment, the Fusion site generates an order form that is sent to your email address!! At the bottom of the order form that was emailed to you there is a link to "View your order by following this link" Click it and you will be taken to Fusion site where you will need to be logged in to view previously made order.
If your already on the Fusion site in the right menu when youre in the "Store" there is a menu item labeled "Account Maintenance" click it to proceed to your own personal account area of site which displays from the top "Account Information" then "Shipping Information" and finally "Order Information" under which will display all orders made with either "pending" for unpaid orders and "confirmed" for paid orders. If you click "View" beside appropriate "pending" order you will be taken to a form that looks just like youre order form you recieved via email with the exception that this has displayed once again and only in pending orders! the following picture which you need to "Click image to Process" to proceed to ANZ to make payment either via Mastercard or Visa.
Now if you have not made an order yet and want to read full tutorial first then here is where you begin!!
Firstly
Find a product or conference you would like to purchase!! Then once on product page select appropriate options if any and Qty if more than one and click "Add To Cart".
A popup screen will appear and product is added to cart instantly giving you the option to "Continue" if you want to purchase anything else or to proceed to "Cart". This popup will dissapear again even if you are to slow to respong but never fear, as on the right menu always when in "Store" area there is a menu option "Show Cart".
Secondly
So now if your finished adding products or conferences to cart, then click "Show Cart" either in popup or on right menu which will take you through to cart display of all products or conferences you have just added. Now if there is something in there you dont want then if you click the little blue rubbish bin it wil delete that product from cart. If in case you added too many products or want to add more you can alter amount and click the two little blue arrows, this will update quantity.
Thirdly
Now your ready to proceed to next step!! Click "Checkout" at bottom of cart screen you are on and you will proceed to Checkout page. From there click "Next" at bottom of cart area taking you to complete and confirm order. If you registered for more than one person for a conference please make sure to add all names both first and last seperated by commas in order for us to issue tickets to the right people. Once this done click "Confirm Order"
Fourthly an most importantly!!
You will on submission of previous "Confirm Order" come to a page you are now on which thanks you for your order made! like below BUT you have still not yet paid for your product or conference until you click on big picture that says "Click to Process"
Thank you for your order.
Your order has been successfully placed!
You must "click image to process" to pay for what you have just ordered otherwise you will not receive goods and you will not be issued with tickets to conferences!!
Fifthly
You are now on ANZ page where you are given choice of which credit card to pay with! either Mastercard or Visa. Click appropriate image and you are taken to form where you can enter all your details securely. Once you submitted payment here you are returned to the site with a "thankyou your payment was successful" of course only upon having enough funds to allow for payment just made.
